All of our performers are trained singers/actors with lots of experience working with children. Our costuming, wigs and accessories are custom made especially for us and have all the extra little details that true fans will notice and adore. We believe strongly in providing authentic characters who are instantly recognisable. We want our characters to look as if they stepped right out of their storybook and into the real world which is why we have invested ££££s into our costuming and wigs to ensure our princesses can instantly create that wow moment when meeting little guests for the first time.
We offer a very personal service. We honestly care about what we do and we make every effort to ensure that your child feels really special! The performers you see in our photos on our social media and website are who you are going to get on the day and as we are locally based to Portsmouth and the surrounding areas, you will be supporting a local business too!
The more detail you include in your first message to us, the more effective we can be at responding to your request. Key things to include are: your location, the date, time, type of package and character(s.)
We recommend booking your party a minimum of 6-8 weeks in advance in order to guarantee your desired party date and time however, if you do have a last minute request then we will do our utmost to accommodate you so please do not hesitate to get in touch!

Don’t see your child’s favourite or have a unique party theme in mind? Then please do get in touch as we may be able to acquire new characters or create a new themed package especially for you!
For all of our packages we require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your party package. The remaining balance is then due the day before the party date if paying by bank transfer/PayPal or on the day if paying in cash. If you are paying in cash then this must be given upon arrival, in an envelope and away from any children so as not to ruin the magic!
We can also take payments in instalments.
We are based in Waterlooville, Portsmouth and cover an approximate 30 minute drive radius from our base in PO7. Areas include (but are not limited to): Bishop’s Waltham, Bosham, Chichester, Clanfield, Cosham, Drayton, Emsworth, Fareham, Farlington, Funtington, Gosport, Havant, Hayling Island, Horndean, Lee-On-The-Solent, Locks Heath, Nutbourne, Paulsgrove, Porchester, Portsmouth, Rowlands Castle, Southsea, Stubbington, Waterlooville, Wickham, Whiteley and all close surrounding areas.
Some locations may incur an extra travel charge.
The location of your party is entirely up to you. We are open to attending/hosting your party at any venue you choose! In a community hall, at your home or outside (weather permitting.) If booking a character visit then our characters can even make an appearance at play centres, parks, cafes and restaurants but be sure to OK this with the venue owners first.
If you are planning to hold your child’s party in a hall but not sure where to look then we know many local halls and community venues so if you need some suggestions or any advice then we would be happy to help!
If you are wanting a summer garden party at your home then that’s something we can definitely provide! As long as there is a shaded area so our characters can stay cool in the summer weather then we can entertain your guests in an outdoor setting but please be sure to have a back up plan just in case of rain or adverse weather!
If you know of any problems within your area like traffic delays, roadworks, difficulties with parking or if your venue is particularly tricky to find then please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
Yes! All children are welcome at our princess parties! All of our games and activities are suitable for little princesses and princes alike!
To ensure that the service we provide stays true our mission -which is to provide a magical and authentic character experience that is personal and believable for all – we recommend keeping the number of little guests to a maximum of 30 or under for our 60 minute and 90 minute party packages.
For 30 minute party visits we recommend having no more than 20 guests so that the birthday child has enough personal time with their favourite character and for our personal 20 minute doorstep visits we recommend only having your household present to ensure the experience is personal and special for the birthday child.
We have a variety of different options that can be found in our Princess Party Packages section. If our set packages aren’t quite what you are looking for or if you have a new idea entirely then do get in touch as we will do everything that we can to create the perfect party package for you!
If you have booked a 90 minute party with us then your character performer(s) will arrive 20 minutes beforehand to set up. All we need at the venue is a table and a chair for each performer and space for dancing and games. Our music system runs on battery so being near a plug socket isn’t necessary.
For all other packages we arrive on time at the start time booked.
We always arrive in costume and in character ready to entertain.
Absolutely not! Our characters are also available for all kinds of events as well! We can entertain children at a wedding or christening, our characters can pose for photos at summer fetes, we can provide visits or parties for nurseries and schools, promotional work and charity events as well!

We do get inundated with charity event requests on a regular basis and we unfortunately can’t do them all and we can’t do them all for free but we do have are reduced charity event rates.
We typically take bookings between 10am – 5pm on weekends and after school times during the week.
We do get booked up pretty quickly so please do get in touch as soon as possible to reserve your chosen date and time especially if wanting a timeslot close to lunchtime on weekends as this is our most requested time.
Your performer will ideally need enough space for all guests to be able to sit in a circle comfortably so large halls and rooms are great but an average room with furniture pushed to the side will work just fine!
Yes. Adult supervision is required. At least one parent/care giver must be present for the entire duration of your booking. Our characters are not babysitters or childcare providers. We are there solely as entertainment and we do not accept the responsibility for the actions and/or safety of any child present at an event.
Good behaviour from all children is required at all parties. There is usually no problem as the majority of children are very polite, kind and brilliant at joining in with others however, if a child does have bad behaviour then it is the responsibility of yourself or their parent/care giver to provide the appropriate disciplinary action. To be in character at all time is what we are hired by you to do and as such we cannot discipline or “tell a child off “as this breaks the illusion.
It should go with our saying but good behaviour from all adults is also required at all times. If at any point our performers feel uncomfortable, threatened or unsafe by anyone present then our performers have every right to walk out with no explanation. This is a last resort and if one of our actors feel they need to do that then they have our full support and no refunds will be given.
Unfortunately booking fees are non-refundable however if you do need to cancel your party we will endeavour to rearrange with you an alternative date subject to availability. It is your responsibility to notify us as soon as possible. If we are notified in less than 48 hours, regrettably, the date is non-exchangeable and we will be unable to reschedule.
